About Us

Hello! My name is Dawna Eshleman. I have been in the real estate industry since 2017. I relocated to the Tri-County area and started my career as an independent Realtor with Keller Williams. After a year of being independent, I decided to join a team to leverage my time and focus on showing & selling. I had the opportunity to fill in as a transaction manager and I FLOURISHED! This is where I decided my communication and customer service skills, ability to function under high stress, and impeccable attention to detail and organization was being utilized to the fullest. In 2021 Docs in a Row was created to provide the leverage to agents they needs to grow. Now with over 1,300 closed transactions, I have experienced & worked through the unimaginable! When you hire me, I become an extension of you and your team and I cannot wait to help you get your docs in a row!

Hello! My name is Bridget Wardell. I first developed a passion for real estate while working in vacation rental property management in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. When I moved back to Chester County in 2019, I knew that my strengths would serve well handling the administrative and organizational side of real estate sales. I started as a Transaction Manager for a local real estate team in 2019, where I handled over 600 transactions in 5 years! In February of 2024 I joined Docs in a Row, where I am happy to provide my expertise to even more agents and clients!
